Game Arcs sells digital activation keys for video games. Each product listing specifies:

• Game title and edition
• Activation platform (e.g. Steam, Epic Games)
• Activation region (e.g. Europe, Global)
• Price in the selected currency

You are responsible for verifying that the product is compatible with your platform account and geographic location before completing your purchase.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

1. You complete the checkout process including both required legal confirmations
2. Your payment is successfully processed by Stripe
3. We send you an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final price is confirmed at checkout before payment.

5. Digital Delivery

Activation keys are delivered by email after payment confirmation. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment. See our Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content contracts. However, this right is lost when:

• You expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content
• You consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires
• You acknowledge that delivery beginning causes the loss of the withdrawal right

You are asked to confirm these three points at checkout. This confirmation is recorded and included in your order confirmation email.

This does not affect your rights where:

• A key is invalid or has already been redeemed
• A key has been revoked
• The wrong game, edition, platform or region was supplied
• The supplied region differs from the listing
• One or more purchased keys are missing
• The product does not correspond to its description
• We fail to deliver the digital content

7. Compatibility

You confirm at checkout that you have verified the game title, edition, activation platform and activation region for every product in your cart, and that they are compatible with your account and location.

This confirmation does not limit your rights where the storefront listing itself was incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
